By visiting trinitymoonco.com, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to purchase from Trinity Moon.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material that could damage or interfere with the website.

  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Trinity Moon products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, scent, texture, mica movement, botanical placement, and appearance are expected and do not constitute defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors or details exactly as they appear in person.

Product descriptions, prices, ingredients, availability, packaging, and quantities may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products, collections, promotions, or services at any time.

  1. SPIRITUAL AND RITUAL PRODUCTS

Trinity Moon intention oils, ritual oils, rollerballs, herbs, roots, botanicals, crystals, ritual tools, and related products are offered for personal, spiritual, aromatic, and informational purposes.

References to prosperity, love, protection, confidence, healing, success, luck, intuition, manifestation, ancestral connection, chakras, goddesses, angels, or moon phases describe traditional associations or intended ritual uses.

No spiritual, emotional, romantic, financial, legal, medical, or other specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Individual beliefs, practices, experiences, and results will vary.

  1. MEDICAL AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Trinity Moon products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, or medical condition. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Our content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, pharmaceutical, or professional advice.   1. ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, payment problems, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be calculated or disclosed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is prepared or shipped. We may correct pricing or product-information errors and cancel affected orders when necessary.

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

  1. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are created according to the selections and information submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, selections, spellings, intentions, fragrances, and other customization details before submitting an order.

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after preparation begins unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Cancellation and order-change requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.

Requests are not approved until confirmed by Trinity Moon in writing. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after preparation begins.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy:

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Trinity Moon is not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost or stolen after being marked delivered, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, and order problems are governed by our Refund Policy:

Because oils and rollerballs are personal-use products, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery for health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons.

We may provide access to tools, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, links, or services operated by third parties.

You grant Trinity Moon permission to display, reproduce, and share submitted reviews and related content for business and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law or you request removal where applicable.
